- AUTHENTIC SPICE DOMINANT: Culantro is the essential dominant herb for national cuisines. This culinary powerhouse offers immense potential for traditional and fusion dishes alike. Each pack contains 360 high-quality, Non-GMO American seeds for a stable supply of fresh, vibrant leaves.
- SUPERIOR TO CILANTRO: While a cousin to cilantro, Culantro boasts a much more intense flavor profile and aroma. Its boldness and "strong presence" make it a game-changer in the kitchen, surpassing cilantro in heat resistance and depth of flavor.
- CULINARY ADVENTURE AWAITS: A unique blend of coriander, parsley, cilantro, mint, and citrus notes. It is a staple in Caribbean rice and beans, Pho, and marinades. Essential for Latin American Salsas, stews, and the famous authentic Sofrito.
- GLOBAL KITCHEN ESSENTIAL: Elevate your recipes with the tropical essence of Culantro. It adds complexity to a wide range of Mexican, Vietnamese, Indian, and Thai dishes—from tacos and stir-fries to sophisticated sauces and seafood.
- NUTRIENT-DENSE HERB: Packed with bioactive compounds, Culantro is rich in Carotene, Riboflavin, and Protein. It provides essential vitamins A, B1, B2, C, and K, alongside vital minerals like Calcium, Iron, and Magnesium for a nutritious diet.
- HEAT-RESISTANT GARDEN MVP: Unlike cilantro, Culantro is "tough to the core" and bolt-resistant. It thrives in the heat, remains productive when other herbs fade, and rewards regular harvesting with vigorous new growth.
- COMPACT & DECORATIVE: Growing in a lush, central rosette similar to lettuce, Culantro creates a focused display in any garden corner. If allowed to flower, it integrates an exotic touch with its unique blue-tinted blooms.
- VERSATILE GROWING ZONES: Adaptable to USDA Zones 3-11, this hardy herb survives diverse climates. It is perfect for indoor seed starting or as a container "mini-oasis" on your patio, providing year-round access to fresh spices.
